Our flagship product is the Starra mobile app, the groundbreaking dating and matchmaking app that utilizes artificial intelligence and astrology to find people their ideal partner. Starra's founder and CEO Panya Chheng (pictured) has previously built ambitious, world-changing technology companies. He previously founded Medyear, which pioneered the ability for citizens to control their personal health records and was instrumental in getting the 21st Century Cures Act passed into law. Before Medyear, Panya worked on the Obama campaign and was a strategy consultant at Deloitte. He holds a graduate degree from UC Berkeley, and has spoken at Harvard, Berkeley, and the Drucker School of Management.
