An employer first creates a job listing in which they list the required soft skills along with all of other pertinent job details such as job description, compensation, location, technical skills required, etc.

Meanwhile, jobseekers create their applicant profile with a host of details about themselves and upload a resume. Additionally, all profiles include a work personality assessment, which is provided by simply entering the date, time and place of birth. After the applicant profile is complete, it's time to start applying to jobs.

After an employer receives a job application, the employer is able to review the applicant's profile, including the work personality assessment.
